Things You Should Never Say In A Job Interview
Interviews are probably the most challenging part of the job search
process. You need to be ready for anything, including weird interview
questions. You don't want to blurt out something inappropriate and send
all of your hard work down the toilet. Avoid these inappropriate
comments during your interview:
1. I'm really nervous. There's nothing wrong with feeling nervous. It's natural to be a little uneasy at an important interview. Don't tell the interviewer if you have butterflies in your stomach, though. Your job in the interview is to portray a confident and professional demeanor. You won't win any points by admitting your nerves or blaming them for any failures in your performance.
2. I don't really know much about the job; I thought you'd tell me all about it. This is a big job seeker mistake, and it can cost you the opportunity. Employers spend a lot of time interviewing, and they expect candidates to have researched the jobs enough to be able to explain why they want the positions. Otherwise, you could be wasting everyone's time by interviewing for a job you may not even really want. Asking questions is important, but don't ask anything you should know from the job description or from reading about the company online.
3. My last boss/colleague/client was a real jerk. It's possible (even likely) that your interviewer could prod you into telling tales about your previous or current supervisor or work environment. Resist the urge to badmouth anyone, even if you have a bad boss. It is unprofessional and the employer will worry what you may say to someone about him or her down the road. Instead, think about ways to describe past work environments in terms of what you learned or accomplishments you're proud to discuss.
4. My biggest weakness is (something directly related to the job). "What's your weakness?" is one of the most dreaded interview questions. There's no perfect reply, but there is a reply you should never say: Never admit to a weakness that will affect your ability to get the job done. If the job description requires a lot of creativity, and you say your creativity has waned lately, assume that you've taken yourself out of the running. Choose a weakness not related to the position and explain how you're working to improve it.
5. @#$%! Granted, profanity seems to be much more accepted in many workplaces today. However, an interview is not the time to demonstrate that you can talk like a pirate.
6. Just a minute; I really need to get this call. It's amazing how many hiring managers and recruiters report that interviewees answer their phones and respond to text messages during in-person interviews. Turn off your phone during interviews and you will not be tempted to reach to answer it.
7. How much vacation time would I get? Never, ever ask questions in an interview that may make it appear that you'll be overly focused on anything other than work.
8. Can I work from home? Even if you're pretty sure the company has a lenient work-from-home policy, the interview isn't the best time to ask about it.
9. Family is the most important thing to me. [/b]This is true for many people. However, you do not need to explain how devoted you are to your family during your job interview. It is unlikely to win favor, even in organizations with a well-known family-friendly environment. You want your potential employer to envision you being totally devoted to his or her needs.
When in doubt, pause before you say what's on your mind. If you wonder if it's okay to ask, assume it's better to avoid the topic altogether.

Seven Reasons Guys Cheat Easily
1. It's A Man's World- He Feels He Can Handle Both.
Any guy that has tasted cash will agree with me that you can literally get any girl with your money. In Nigeria, this is 90% true.
Money is tempting. As soon as you begin to make it, the desire for a Side Chick begins to surface... Some guys go to the extreme: they dump her
2. Guys Are Flirty In Nature
Guys are born to pursue. To flirt is in his vein. He is driving in his car with his wife, he's still flirting, LoL...
At work, he does it cheaply and casually.
On Social Media, he has no restrictions...
3. Some Girls Are Temptation In Themselves
A girl posts a pic and purposefully expose her cleavages... She walks out to get things without a bra, and she knows you're there to attend to her...As in enh...The temptation is Much sha o... And when it happens, she will say, "I didn't see it coming..." With all these, guys are tempted to wanna play around...
4. At The Point When She Is Mad At Him.
She is mad at him, as her manner is, he apologizes but she keeps forming... He runs into his ex and somehow old flames is rekindled... Sex happens and keep happening until....she forgives him...
5. "Cheap" ladies Are On The Increase
Some ladies are cheap seriously...
In his neighborhood, that young girl has been trying hard to get his attention, seeing you come in and go out gives her the creep...
Cool guys don't like turning girls down this way, he lets her come help him do the dishes and maybe watch a movie as she pleaded...in the process something happens! Gbam!
He has cheated, who is to blame? OK...
6. Ladies In General Want More Than Just Being Friends.
His colleague in the office likes him- She wants a "deeper something" with him. She knows he is in a relationship but persists to keep placing herself as a Wife- To- Be. Her emotional part makes her open her legs soon enough!
7. The "side chick" Is More Often Than Not More Lenient, Caring and Tender.
Most times, the Side Chick knowing she has little chance tries hard to please him. She washes his clothes, shaves his beard, burst his pimples (lol), knot his tye, spoil him with delicacies... Before you say Jack Robinson, He starts cheating with her...

My Husband Thinks I Lied 2 Him About My Virginity Bcz I Didnt Bleed The 1st Time
I'm a young girl of 28 years. I'm married to a lovely husband that loves
me so much but my problem is this. I married my hubby as a virgin but
the first time we made love, he was expecting to see blood which he
didn't and since then he has been accusing me of telling him lies about
being a virgin.
I asked few of my friends and they told me that yes that blood is suppose to be a proof to that. I became more confused as I know deep down in me that am saying the truth. I confided in my mother and she told me the story of my life.
My mum said that when I was 4years old that our tenant called me into his room to come and take toys. The next thing she saw when I came out from the man's room was blood coming out from my vagina.
Immediately she called my father and they went to meet the man and lo and behold he had ran away. My problem now is should I explain to my hubby all this? Will he still love me?

Reasons Why Many Guys Insist On Getting Into Ladies' Pants In Relationships
1. Ladies Who Don't Allow Sex Often Misbehave
I know that most ladies will disagree with this point but there's an atom of truth in it. As a matter of fact, most ladies (not all though) who don't allow sex in relationships often misbehave because they know they have nothing to lose. Most of them might not even think twice b4 dumping you because they are not sexually attached to you
2. They Don't Want To Be Tagged "Mugu"
YES ! Many dudes seem to be very careful in dealing with ladies who always claims that sex is NOT a yardstick for LOVE yet these ladies will screw you, extort you & will never want you to get under their pants. These same ladies will go to their friends and tell them how MUGU you are.
3. Wrong Orientation
I grew up with an orientation and mentality of " NO DULL YOURSELF" when dealing with a lady who doesn't want SEX in a relationship because another dude somewhere might just be doing the work while you are playing the role of ROMEO.. Hahaha !!! Isn't that funny ? I'm pretty sure I'm NOT the only one with this orientation & mentality
4. To Boost Their Ego
MY OPINION on why guys want sex in relationships is to boost their EGO, or make them feel "PROUD, more so, they derive JOY in it"; thinking "oh, straph that girl! she was so nice.. blah blah" but dont take under the consideration on how the girl feels like sure
5. To Have Dominion & Control
Some dudes have the belief that sex will make them have total control and have dominion over a lady, therefore they don't joke with sex in a relationship because once a girl has sex she is considered "USED" but a guy can lie about his past and nobody can prove otherwise. It's
totally unfair but that is the reality of
today's society.
6. It Is My Duty & Entitlement
Hahaha !!! This also got me cracking. Some dudes who are in relationships don't have a reason why they should have sex with you. They only feel it is their DUTY and it's their ENTITLEMENT as a boyfriend. That's all
7. Emotional Attachment
Many dudes only want sex because they believe it will make a lady stay glued. #if I hear#
8. The experience Of Friends
They must have heard about their friends' experiences of how they loved and dated ladies who lied about being a virgin for almost 4 year & she they later caught sleeping with another dude with their two Unclad eyes. Many dudes are brainwashed by others experiences, therefore they don't wouldn't want to experience that
9. Sex Is Love
There's this saying amongst youth that sex is important in a relationship but NOT a necessity. However, many dudes wrongly interprete this saying and will always want sex so as to know how true a ladies is into them. However, some guys will tell you anything to get sex, even though they don't love. Some will promise to open a supermarket for you, some will promise you marriage, therefore if you really love them you would have sex with them.
10. Sex Urge (Konji)
All the aforementioned points still boil down to SEX URGE (Konji). The hormone testosterone is
very strong in MOST young guys that they don't even hide it. Some are able to curb their urge while some are crazy about it as if their lives depend on it. This is the major reasons why guy always want to have sex.

Nigerian Elections 2015: Five (5) Things that worked well
Nigerian Elections 2015: Five (5) Things that worked well

As Nigerians took to the polls on March 28, 2015, it was no doubt an eventful day filled with ups and downs, positives and negatives and defining moments that would never be forgotten in the History of Nigeria, Africa and the World.
From this event which we consider a landmark for Nigeria, we bring to you the five (5) things that we believe worked well during for the Independent Electoral Commission on March 28, 2015
1. Security Agencies
As witnessed during the electoral process, security forces inclusive of the Nigerian Police, the Army and other forces were deployed by the government as promised in order to ensure the peace, safety of officials and the electorate during the process. As attested by Election Observers from the African Union and ECOWAS, the security agents should be commended as they conducted themselves well. This we consider a milestone!
2. The Nigerian Youth Service Corp:
The Corp members that worked as INEC Adhoc Staff during the Elections should be considered heroes, as majority of them conducted themselves appropriately, showing enthusiasm as they took up the task placed on them. As engagement on new media showed, we observed that some of these corp members slept in the harsh condition through the night in order to reach their various polling units early the following day to conduct the election. The deployment of corpers has worked for INEC in the past and the service remains commendable for its continuous service to the Nation.
3. The Electorate
It is no doubt that Nigeria’s Election 2015 witnessed a large turnout and active participation from Nigerians as people had High HOPE and EXPECTATIONS for a better tomorrow. Backed by data which showed at least 35% turnout of registered voters when compared with accredited voters shows that majority where determined to be part of this great event. Amongst the feat displayed by the electorate include:
a. Turning up to perform their civic responsibility despite physical challenges, as we saw the sick, aged and physically challenged show up to cast their votes.
b. The patience the people exercise irrespective of the delay and functional difficulties encountered by the officials
c. Support to the Electoral Officials and Catering to their needs when the process took longer than expected
4. The Media
This elections was unarguably the most Televised, monitored and reported election Nigeria has ever experienced. Special mention must be made of the professionalism displayed by certain platforms such as ChannelsTV, The Guardian, TheWill, Economy&Politics to mention a few local platforms just as BBC Africa, Aljazeera, CNBC, amongst other international platforms.
The most impactful however was the social media platforms – most especially via Twitter & Facebook with hashtags such as #Election2015 #ForwardNigeria #NigeriaDecides & #Nigeria2015 which ensured a constant stream of engagements.
5. Political Leaders
Despite the heat and tension in the public space ahead of the elections, including the anticipations around and leading up to the necessary 6-week postponement, most of the Political Leaders/actors conducted themselves reasonably well with uncommon maturity, composure and calmness (with a few exceptions), as they sued for peace in engagements with their followers.
